Air Freight
Sea Freight

Door Delivery Shipments
Cross Trade Shipments

DG Cargo Handling

OOG & Project Cargo
Each service is subject to availability, documentation requirements, and international regulations.
2. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing correct and complete information, including:
Shipment details
Weight, size, and dimensions
HS Code & product description
Invoices & packing list
Documentation required for customs
Correct pickup & delivery details
Any incorrect information can cause delays, penalties, or extra charges—these will be the client’s responsibility.
3. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
Prices depend on weight, volume, route, customs regulations, and carrier availability.
Quotes are time-sensitive and may change based on market fluctuations.
Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
Full or partial advance payment may be required before shipment processing.
Once the shipment is booked or work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Delayed payments may lead to shipment hold, demurrage, detention, or service cancellation.
4. Customs, Duties & Legal Compliance
All international shipments are subject to customs rules of the sending & receiving country.
Clients are responsible for duties, taxes, penalties, or government charges unless agreed otherwise.
Global Wheels is not responsible for delays caused by customs, port authorities, or government systems.
Any confiscation due to incorrect documentation or restricted items is solely the client’s responsibility.
5. DG (Dangerous Goods) Cargo
For DG cargo:
Clients must provide correct MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
Misdeclaration of hazardous cargo is a legal offense.
Any penalties, fines, or damage caused by misdeclared DG items will be charged to the client.
6. Freight, Transit & Delivery Timeline
Transit times are estimated, not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
Customs hold
Weather conditions
Airline or shipping line delays
Port congestion
Strikes or operational issues
Government checks
Global Wheels is not liable for delays beyond our control.
7. Insurance & Claims
Insurance is provided only if the client opts for Marine Insurance.
Uninsured shipments travel at the client’s own risk.
Claims must be submitted within the time limits defined by airlines, shipping lines, or insurers.
Global Wheels will assist in claims but is not responsible for the approval or rejection of claims.
8. Shipment Handling & Liability
We take reasonable care in handling all shipments; however:
We are not liable for loss/damage caused by third-party carriers, airlines, shipping lines, or transport agencies.
We are not responsible for delays caused by authorities, customs, ports, or external disruptions.
Liability is limited to the freight amount paid for the service in the last shipment cycle.
9. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Clients must ensure they are not shipping:
Illegal goods
Banned chemicals or explosives
Counterfeit products
Wildlife items
Currency or precious stones (unless legally declared)
Items restricted by airline/IMO/port regulations
Any violation is solely the client’s responsibility.
10. Third-Party Partners
We work with:
Airlines
Shipping lines
Transport carriers
Customs brokers
Government portals
Insurance providers
We are not responsible for their policies, delays, or operational issues.
11. Website Usage Terms
By using our Website, you agree not to:
Perform unlawful activities

Submit fraudulent or misleading information

12. Suspension or Termination of Services

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
